DC Motors

In our DC operated cylinders, we use typically brushless BLDC motors. DC motors are specially, suitable for battery-powered systems. The brushless BLDC motors offer high efficiency and low maintenance need.

Motiomax self-designed gears ensures low noise level. In some cases, also standard planetary gears may be used.

Characteristics:

  • Power 1-1 000 KN.
  • Speed max 500 mm/s.
  • Typical voltages 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, 72 V and 310 V .
  • The delivery usually includes the dedicated motor controller.
  • The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is easiest way to measure position and force.
  • Options: position sensor, force sensor, emergency switches.
  • Protection class according to IP 55 or IP 65.
